Move and Be Moved...
At MoveStudio, we’re here to help you find your thing.
We offer a variety of movement practices and host over 20 drop-in classes a week! You can also find workshops and specialty series classes for prenatal yoga, pelvic floor health, belly dancing, and yoga for golfers, and more. No matter what your age, schedule, fitness level, or stage of life, there's something for you here at MoveStudio.
MoveStudio Story
In October of 2000, MoveStudio founder Robin Parker opened the doors to a one-room studio offering our North Dallas neighbors group classes in yoga, Pilates, and dance. She started with a vision to connect, teach, and inspire our clients through classes taught with heart and intention.
Since our opening 24 years ago, we've added dozens of new classes and instructors and served thousands of people in our corner of the Dallas metroplex. We're proud to have carved out a space where our students can feel inspired and excited to get up and move!
We can’t wait for you to join us!
With skilled, encouraging, and compassionate instructors, a wide variety of class offerings, a stunning facility, and a friendly culture, you’ll be able to find a home away from home in our studio.
And because MoveStudio requires no long-term contract or registration fees, you can find the freedom and flexibility you need to move as you see fit. Just sign up for the class you would like to attend and pay as you go!
