Nia™ Dance Fitness
Discover the transformational power of joyful and purposeful movement! Nia™ is an invigorating cardio workout blending martial and healing arts with dance.
With mindfulness and dynamic movement, Nia™ teaches you how to move with more awareness, openness, comfort, and joy.
This isn’t just a workout or a dance class — it's a life practice that works with the natural wisdom and intelligence of the body, mind, spirit, and emotions.
Ideal for all ages and experience levels. While Nia is traditionally practiced barefoot, you are welcome to wear athletic shoes.
Latin Cardio
Low-impact, rhythm-infused workouts designed to get your heart rate up with choreography that grooves to music from around the world.
These workout keeps you challenged while helping you improve your coordination, flexibility, strength, and heart and lung endurance.
These engaging, upbeat classes are also a great way to make new friends and build your community!
Ideal for all ages and experience levels. Athletic shoes recommended.

Do I need prior experience to join MoveStudio’s group dance classes?
No, no prior experience is needed to join our dance fitness classes! Students of any age and any fitness level are welcome to join!
How much do classes cost?
You may purchase a single class, buy our 10 Class Flex Pack good for one year, or opt for one of our monthly memberships. No contract or registration fees required.

What if I need to cancel my class?
Please read our full cancellation policy here.
Please note that students who arrive more than 10 minutes late will not be able to join.
We also ask that if you have to leave early, please inform your instructor ahead of time.
What do I need to bring to class?
Bring a refillable water bottle. Many clients like to have a small towel. Latin Cardio is usually done in athletic shows while Nia is traditionally performed barefoot.
Am I able to bring my child with me to class?
We do not offer childcare services. We kindly ask that you do not bring your children to class. Children cannot be left unattended in the lobby.
However, if your child is 15 years or older, you can register them as a new student and bring them with you!
