Since our opening 24 years ago, we’ve served thousands of our neighbors in Far North Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Carrollton, and Addison. We’re proud to have carved out a space where our students not only feel inspired to get up a move, but feel like they have a home away from home.

Our studio serves individuals of all experience levels who are ready to achieve a healthy, pain-free lifestyle through fitness classes that feed the body, mind, and spirit. And our instructors? They’re right at the heart of it all! We couldn’t do what we do without their many talents and passions.
