When can I start the program?

You can begin the Pink Ribbon Program once you’ve been cleared by your surgeon or medical provider—typically around 6 weeks after surgery or the completion of treatment. Every woman’s recovery timeline is different, so be sure to consult with your doctor before beginning.

When are the classes?

Classes are held in 6 week sessions on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM at MoveStudio. Each class is one hour long and held in a small group format to allow for personalized attention. Recordings are made of each class and sent out to anyone absent. Text 972.732.0206 for upcoming dates.

How is the program structured?

The Pink Ribbon Program is offered in 6-week sessions, with one class per week. Each class builds upon the last, helping you gradually and safely rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.

How many people are in a class?

Because we want each participant to receive personalized attention, classes are capped at 8 women. Every woman’s journey and recovery is different, and we keep our class sizes small to provide the one-on-one support and modifications each person deserves.

How much does the
6-week series cost?

The full 6-week session is $225. However, we are offering our inaugural group a special price of $150. Classes are intentionally kept small so that each participant receives the attention they need, making this a high-touch, personalized experience. If cost is a concern, please reach out—discounts or financial assistance may be available.

Can I start in the middle of a series?

To ensure your safety and the best experience, we ask that participants start at the beginning of a 6-week session. Each class builds on the last, so starting mid-way may mean missing key foundational movements. If you’ve missed the start or you’re not quite ready yet, we’ll be happy to add you to the waitlist for the next session.

What happens if I have to miss a class?

Life happens! All classes are recorded, and the recordings are sent to participants each week so you can stay on track even if you miss a session.
