A 6-week series with gentle, empowering exercise to improve arm and shoulder mobility and healing after surgery and treatment.

Next series: 6 Wednesdays at 6 pm August 20-September 24

Get Back to Living—Not Just Surviving

MoveStudio is proud to offer the Pink Ribbon Program, a therapeutic Pilates-based exercise protocol developed in 2002 by exercise physiologist and breast cancer survivor Doreen Puglisi. It’s a structured, post-op rehab system designed to:

  • Increase shoulder, chest, and back mobility

  • Safely rebuild upper body strength

  • Improve posture

  • Reduce scar tissue tightness

  • Support lymphatic flow

  • Foster emotional healing through mindful movement

You’ve fought hard—now it’s time to heal, rebuild, and move forward with strength, confidence, and support.
It’s time to get back to being YOU.

The Pink Ribbon Program is more than just gentle exercise—it’s a clinically informed, whole body recovery system that supports healing from the inside out. Here’s how it helps:

Why It Works

Improves mobility and flexibility in the chest, shoulders, and upper back—areas often restricted after surgery and radiation

Restores posture and range of motion, helping to reduce compensation patterns and long-term discomfort

Supports lymphatic drainage, reducing swelling and the risk of lymphedema through safe, intentional movement

Minimizes scar tissue tightness and adhesions with targeted stretching and gentle resistance work

Rebuilds strength gradually, so you can feel capable, stable, and strong again—without overdoing it

Eases fatigue and improves energy, supporting your immune system though mindful, breath-based exercise

Reduces anxiety and boosts mood—movement can relieve stress and improve well-being during recovery

Promotes body confidence and a renewed connection to your physical self, in a safe, women-centered environment

This approach was designed specifically for women recovering from breast cancer by a clinical exercise physiologist—and it’s trusted by thousands of survivors worldwide.

FAQs

When can I start the program?

You can begin the Pink Ribbon Program once you’ve been cleared by your surgeon or medical provider—typically around 6 weeks after surgery or the completion of treatment. Every woman’s recovery timeline is different, so be sure to consult with your doctor before beginning.

When are the classes?

Classes meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM at MoveStudio. Each class is one hour long and held in a small group format to allow for personalized attention. Recordings are made of each class and sent out to anyone absent.

How is the program structured?

The Pink Ribbon Program is offered in 6-week sessions, with one class per week. Each class builds upon the last, helping you gradually and safely rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence.

How many people are in a class?

Because we want each participant to receive personalized attention, classes are capped at 8 women. Every woman’s journey and recovery is different, and we keep our class sizes small to provide the one-on-one support and modifications each person deserves.

How much does the
6-week series cost?

The full 6-week session is $225. Classes are intentionally kept small so that each participant receives the attention they need, making this a high-touch, personalized experience. If cost is a concern, please reach out—discounts or financial assistance may be available.

Can I start in the middle of a series?

To ensure your safety and the best experience, we ask that participants start at the beginning of a 6-week session. Each class builds on the last, so starting mid-way may mean missing key foundational movements. If you’ve missed the start, we’ll be happy to add you to the waitlist for the next session.

What happens if I have to miss a class?

Life happens! All classes are recorded, and the recordings are sent to participants each week so you can stay on track even if you miss a session.

Do you offer private lessons?

Yes! Private sessions are available and tailored to your individual needs.

  • One private session: $129

  • Package of 6 sessions: $649 (buy 5, get one free)
Packages must be used within 2 months of purchase

Is the program safe if I’ve had lymph node removal or reconstruction?

Yes! In fact, the Pink Ribbon Program is designed with these specific challenges in mind. Instructors are trained to offer modifications and support for your unique recovery journey.

What should I bring to class?

We provide all necessary equipment, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, or anything else that makes you comfortable. Wear clothes you can move easily in.
