Strength Training at Move Studio
Build lean muscle mass, strength, and bone density with our group-style classes. Classes are mixed-level, with modifications made to accommodate injuries and chronic conditions.
ABOUT STRENGTH TRAINING
During one of our group-style strength training classes, you’ll learn how to effectively build stronger muscles with traditional resistance training. Classes include a mix of equipment, including dumbbells, resistance bands, and more, to help target and tone different parts of the body.
Strength training classes are often slower in pace and utilize more intentional movements than other types of fitness classes. This is to help build muscle and bone tissue, and help you gradually become stronger. Small, consistent gains mean longer-lasting results and reduced risk of injury
All experience and fitness levels are welcome to join! Our instructors are highly trained and know how to adapt workouts to meet individual needs — whether that’s to increase difficulty or to make modifications for injuries or chronic conditions.
