Radiant Longevity: A Conscious Aging Workshop for Women
Saturday, March 28, 1-3 pm
Radiant Longevity is not about anti-aging.
It’s about learning how to work with your body as it changes.
As women move through midlife and beyond, the strategies that used to work—pushing harder, doing more—often stop delivering results. Energy shifts, recovery slows, and stress has a greater impact.
This 2-hour workshop gives you practical, research-supported tools to respond more effectively.
You’ll experience:
• Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
• Mindful movement to improve mobility and joint support
• Simple strength and stability work
• Meditation and reflection for focus and resilience
You’ll leave with:
• Tools to calm your system and improve recovery
• Movement strategies that feel better—and work better
• Greater confidence, clarity, and control
You don’t need to push harder, you need a different approach.
Led by Master Yoga Instructor, Meditation Guide, and Certified Sound Healer Tida Chambers, this workshop is an introduction to the Radiant Longevity 4-week series in April.
When: Saturday, March 28, 1-3 pm
Livestream and Video Replay options available.
Investment: $69, $59 for MoveStudio members
