Sandi Tindal was born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico—the Land of Enchantment—and has called Dallas home since 2001. After earning her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University, Sandi spent several years in a demanding technical career before finding her true calling in movement, healing, and teaching.

A certified CrossFit coach and Aqua Yoga instructor, Sandi combines her love of the water with her passion for therapeutic movement. Her work in aqua therapy allows her to help people improve mobility, strength, and balance in a gentle, supportive environment—especially those recovering from injury or managing chronic pain. Sandi has a particular interest in lower back health, drawing from her deep study of Viniyoga, a tradition that integrates mindful movement and breath to restore functional alignment and relieve tension throughout the spine.

With her engineer’s curiosity and problem-solving mindset, Sandi takes an analytical yet compassionate approach to teaching, helping students understand how to move more efficiently and feel better in their bodies. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her hiking, climbing, Olympic weightlifting, or relaxing near the water with her dog and cockatiel—often keeping a watchful eye out for birds in need of rescue.
