At MoveStudio, our four signature yoga offerings—Functional Yoga, Flow & Stretch Yoga, Relax & Stretch Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga—provide a well-rounded approach to movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve balance, increase joint mobility, or simply find a moment of peace in your day, our yoga classes offer something for everyone, and our experienced instructors can provide modifications to make the practice easier or more challenging and offer adjustments for injuries, ensuring a safe and supportive experience for all.

To support expecting and new mothers, MoveStudio offers Prenatal Yoga and Postpartum Recovery through our MoveStudio Mamas program.

Functional Yoga

Blending traditional yoga with modern movement and science, this class helps you improve mobility, strength, and balance in everyday life. Through mindful poses, targeted stretches, and core stability exercises, you'll enhance body awareness, prevent injury, and build resilience. Perfect for all levels, Functional Yoga is ideal for anyone seeking a sustainable practice to feel stronger, move better, and live more actively. Our experienced instructors provide modifications to make the practice easier or more challenging and offer adjustments for injuries, ensuring a safe and supportive experience for all. The Wednesday morning class incorporates ball massage.

Flow & Stretch Yoga

This gentle, breath-centered class combines slow, flowing movement with deep stretching to enhance flexibility, mobility, and relaxation. Designed to ease tension and improve body awareness, Flow & Stretch is perfect for those seeking a mindful, low-impact practice. With guided instruction and optional props for support, this class is ideal for beginners, seniors, or anyone looking to move with ease and feel more balanced. Our experienced instructors provide modifications to make the practice easier or more challenging and offer adjustments for injuries, ensuring a safe and supportive experience for all.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:45 am

Relax & Stretch Yoga

Designed to melt away stress in your mind and tension in your body, this floor-based class blends deep stretching, restorative yoga, and yin yoga to help you gently open your body, increase flexibility, and calm your nervous system. With soothing breathwork and focus on mindfulness, you'll feel your blood pressure drop and your mind quiet as you let go of the day's worries and settle into deep relaxation. Our evening classes are specifically geared towards preparing the mind and body for a restful night’s sleep, while the Sunday class focuses on mindfulness. 

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15 pm, Sundays at 11:15 am

Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga

Our MoveStudio Mamas program supports mothers through every stage of pregnancy and beyond. Prenatal Yoga is designed for expecting moms at any trimester, helping to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation while easing discomfort and preparing the body for labor.

Post-delivery, continue your journey with our Postpartum Recovery class, focused on restoring core and pelvic floor function, rebuilding strength, and supporting overall well-being. Connect with a community of moms and nurture yourself every step of the way!

FAQs About Yoga & Meditation

I’m new to yoga.
Where should I start?

All of our drop-in yoga classes are mixed-level and suitable for beginners. It is helpful to arrive early and speak with the instructor before class begins.

Can I practice Yoga with an existing injury?

Yoga can indeed be practiced with an injury; in fact, we specialize in offering modifications. However, it’s best to discuss your situation with your physician and the instructor before you begin.

Private sessions are a great way to begin any exercise practice while recovering from injury.

What do I need to bring to class?

While you are welcome to bring your own props, we have everything you need at MoveStudio.

How much do classes cost?

You may purchase a single class, buy our 10 Class Flex Pack good for one year, or opt for one of our monthly memberships. No contract or registration fees required.

What if I need to cancel my class?

Please note that students who arrive more than 10 minutes late are not be able to join.  We also ask that if you have to leave early, please inform your instructor ahead of time and position yourself towards the back of the room to avoid disruption when you leave.

Am I able to bring my child with me to class?

We do not offer childcare services at this time. We kindly ask that you do not bring your children to class. Children cannot be left unattended in the lobby.

However, if your child is 15 years or older, you can register them as a new student and bring them with you!
