Once cleared by your physician, we would love to have you join us!

How will you move, Mama?

Prenatal Yoga

Each exercise, stretch, and pose is carefully chosen by a certified professional and is safe for both mom and baby.

You’ll learn movements that can help relieve common aches and pains associated with pre gnancy, specialized breathing techniques to be used during labor, and how to clear the mind of stress during pregnancy.

Ideal for expectant mothers during their second and third trimesters.

Postpartum Strength

After the birth of your baby, strengthen your post-delivery body in a supportive environment. We understand the unique challenges of new moms, so you are welcome to bring your baby to class.

We’ll use principles from yoga and Pilates to target the core, pelvic floor, lower back, and other muscles affected during childbirth. You’ll build foundational strength while focusing on much-needed self-care post-delivery.

This is open to anyone post-childbirth who feels they need more guidance in their recovery!

FAQs

Do I need a physician’s release to participate?

While you don’t need a doctor’s release, we encourage all expecting and new Mamas to discuss their exercise regime with their OB/GYN, nurse practitioner, midwife, or other health care practitioner prior to enrolling in any of our prenatal and postpartum classes.

Our MoveStudio Mamas program conforms to the safety guidelines of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists for exercise during pregnancy.

When can I attend postpartum classes?

While most women resume light exercise 6 weeks post-birth, there are many factors that can help you determine when you will be ready to resume exercise postpartum, such as type of delivery.

We ask that you speak with your health care provider before attending any postpartum fitness classes.

What do I need to bring to class?

We recommend bringing your own yoga mat and refillable water bottle.

If your class requires other props, we provide those for you.

How much do classes cost?

We offer Prenatal Yoga and Postpartum Recovery in 6-week sessions, but you can join anytime at a prorated cost. Individual classes are also available. Live stream and video access allows you to participate in a way that fits your schedule. No membership, contract, or registration fees required.

Learn more about our pricing here.

What if I need to cancel my class?

Please read our full cancellation policy here.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, especially during prenatal and postpartum periods. If you miss a prenatal yoga or postpartum recovery class in your series, don't worry! You'll receive a video of the missed class, available for you to access for 7 days. This way, you can stay on track with your practice and continue benefiting from the guidance and support our classes provide, all at your own convenience.

Am I able to bring my child with me to class?

Our Postpartum Recovery classes are designed to be done with or without your new baby. We do not have childcare services, so no other children may be present.
