Ashleigh Murray

Ashleigh's passion for Pilates blossomed during the pandemic while attending online classes on YouTube. By January 2024, she became a certified Pilates instructor, driven by a desire to understand the body's movement and share her love for Pilates with others. Ashleigh brings a dynamic and fun energy to her classes, aiming to empower individuals on their fitness and self-love journeys.

Born in Jamaica and raised in Yonkers, NY, Ashleigh is an only child with a pet bunny named Hennessy. In addition to teaching Pilates, she brings her experience in health care administration to the front desk. She loves hiking, with her longest adventure being a 10-mile hike at Lost Maples State Park.
