Led by Master Yoga Instructor Tida Chambers and PGA Certified Golf Instructor Bo Bostrom, this program will address the key physical and mental aspects of your game, both on and off the course.

You will learn yoga-based flexibility exercises and core-strengthening techniques so you can generate more power in your swing with less effort. By improving spinal mobility and hip rotation, you'll create a more fluid, efficient movement that translates to greater distance and precision on the course. Stronger stabilizing muscles will also help you maintain control, preventing mishits and inconsistencies.
