Zensual Dancing™ is a powerful exotic dance fitness workout designed to tone, strengthen, build flexibility, increase confidence, and improve posture.

zensual3A dance fitness fusion workout that includes floor work, wall work, body waves/undulations, chair dancing, standing series and walking in heels.

Appropriate for all fitness levels and body types. Women only. Wear comfortable workout clothes-leggings or yoga pants.  Bare feet recommended or you may bring a pair of high heels (no stilettos, please) if you choose.

     March 7-April 11 The Nurture Series: We will honor our womanly side. From passion comes nurture. We will focus on the feminine side of dance while adding key moves that focus on taking care of ourselves as well as others.

     April 25-May 30 The Serenity Series: Finding spiritual balance in a calm, zen atmosphere while we focus on graceful, flowing movement. We will dance our way to finding our inner peace and serenity.      ENROLL NOW

Explore different sides of ourselves through dance by accessing the many characteristics of being a woman.

We all have commonalities as women, as humans. Archetypes are of value and importance in providing a template--a psychological tool--as powerful role models empowering modern women.

Through the vehicle of dance- powered by intention of each series provides the space to cultivate our character and performance. The movement style is raw, exotic powered by Yoga and PIlates moves, some floor acrobatics, flexibility focus and walking in heels.

Every week we’ll progress through designated Flows- series of movements strung together. This isn’t 5,6,7,8. This exotic dance is sourced from, “I feel”. Letting go and following a template of moves. During week 5 & 6, we’ll encourage you to wear an outfit or bring a prop. You have the option, to take your practice further and share your dance with your classmates.
