Many additional classes and events are held at MoveStudio on a "studio rental" basis. These events are not produced or managed by us, and therefore do not appear on our regular class schedule, but we want to share them with our community and promote these great opportunities and instructors.

Sunday morning kriya at MoveStudio; other workshops and courses also available.  The Art of Living Foundation, founded by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, is a global community of people practicing Sudarshan Kriya, an innovative breathing and meditation technique which independent research has shown to improve physical, mental and emotional health.  More info at Art of Living Dallas website.

Scaravelli Yoga training and workshops for all who want to deepen their yoga practice and learn more about Yoga. Yoga Alliance CEUs are available.

All workshops are scheduled on Friday evenings, 6-9p.
