adults at convenient times seven

|Private training in Pilates Equipment, Pilates Matwork, yoga, and various dance styles is available as well, for those who prefer a more individual and customized approach. It can be a great way to get started if you're a beginner or take your practice to the next level if you're experienced. Private sessions are scheduled by appointment directly with the instructor. Series classes offer a more structured, progressive course of study in Pilates, yoga, dance, etc., making them an ideal starting place for new beginners.
We also offer frequent workshops and events in all of these areas and more. We're always on the lookout for new experiences we can offer our community, so let us know what types of workshops would interest you!
MoveStudio is also home to many other experiences on a "studio rental" basis. These may not always be listed on our regular class schedule, but we support and want to help promote these great teachers and events. See the current listing of these additional offerings.
Our instructors are experienced, professional and certified (where applicable) in their respective areas. You'll receive quality training in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
